It is good to see that Brian acknowledges where he made errors and armed with this knowledge will remember to avoid these mistakes on his next assignment. Many people have turned to online auction sites as a way to make a little money on the items that they no longer wish to keep. Of course some people are using these sites as the only source of their income. I was not even aware that there were any laws in the State of Illinois that governed these enterprises.
